HOUSE RULES

I do not allow any sleeping on the couches in the Great room. You should have booked the lodge with enough bedding for your group. If you book the lodge 7 rooms, you will have 13 beds and sleeps 20.

If you booked the lodge with 5 room you will have 5 beds that will sleep up to 10 with one queen bed in each room. All have private bathrooms

Bathrooms, please use the gray small washcloths to wash face and remove makeup.

Please keep front door and side door closed – living in the country we have flies and wasps – we do not want them in the house. We also have a mouser cat outside. It is not all that friendly, but it will come in the house if the door is open and then it is very hard to catch him.

Make sure to use cutting board – there are 3 on the counter and larger wood ones in the lower cabinet on the right side of the stove top.

Do not put hot pans on counter without protection. Wood tree trivets are on the counter and metal trivets by pans.

Please do not leave wet rags or towels on the counters. We just installed and we are waiting for the correct sealer – so just be carefulToaster – right side does not work – new toaster on the way

Fire blankets and fire extinguisher in the washroom.

Before you depart – Make sure to leave the remote for air conditioner in room on table or on air conditioner. There is a $50.00 fee for lost remotes – I make sure the remote is in the room before your arrival.

No food in Great Room, Sunroom, Sitting area of family rooms or any of the bedrooms.

Keep all Children out of pond area. It is fenced in for this reason. The pond is rubber lined and very difficult if not impossible for children to get out of pond if they fall in.

If you are smoking do not put your cigarette butts in the trash in the room – they must be put in the grey garbage can our front. I have small smoking cups in the pantry also. I have a $50.00 fee for every cigarette but I find on the property.

Please make sure to turn all lights off in the rooms and kitchen area when you leave for the day.

Please make sure to put kitchen items back where they were found. It takes me a long time to get the kitchen back in order for the next group.

Campfires must be totally put out before you leave  for the night.

We no longer accepts pets.

If there is something that your group is unhappy with – Please let me know.

We want your group to be totally comfortable with your stay at our place – so please I cannot emphasize enough that we want you to let us know of any issues.
